Our policies are in place to comply fully with laws and regulation of the Kingdom of Thailand and to the best interest of our customers. Should there be any issues/grievances, we request our customer to reach out to us via any of our contacting means such as direct chat, contact us section etc.

Privacy Policy
Our privacy follows the strict guideline as per the law of the Kingdom of Thailand. We do not sell any information of our customers to the third party for any reason. We also, collect necessary information only that are important to serve our customers. We do not store or process payment information. All the payment information are processed by our payment gateway partners i.e. STRIPE and OPN.

Shipping & Returns Policy
All Orders will be shipped out before 2 working days using standard delivery services such as Kerry Express, Thai Post, Best Express or similar.

Returns are accepted for damaged goods / wrong delivery and provided with free replacement. Kindly contact our customer care for arrangement of the same. In such care we bear the cost of the returns shipping too.

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation is allowed only for the subscription model. There is no cancellation allowed for one time purchases.
Refunds are provided if we are not able to ship your orders within 7 working days.
